Hasbro has installed Jamie Gutfreund as Chief Consumer Experience Officer, a newly created role to further the toy firm’s consumer-facing projects.
The C-suite position will give Jamie oversight on Hasbro’s global marketing functions, including the internal creative agency, insights team and global media management team.
She takes her place at Hasbro’s corporate headquarters in Rhode Island from 15 April, reporting to president and COO John Frascotti.
“Jamie brings a breadth of experience in driving strategies that build brands through innovation and technology, global marketing campaigns, and proprietary research,” John says. “Jamie is a well-respected and highly creative digital marketer and I am thrilled to welcome her to the Hasbro family.”
Prior to joining Hasbro, Jamie served as global CMO for Wunderman Thompson, a data technology agency where she is credited for her role in establishing the firm as a dynamic digital organisation. Previously she held positions at Microsoft and Expedia.
