National Express has teamed up with charming and quirky animation Oddbods to make travelling with kids extra fun – and promote the One Animation property to travellers.

Passengers across the coach operator’s UK network already enjoy hours of Oddbods’ antics via the award-winning VUER on-board entertainment system - but now an exclusive promotion with the Scottish Daily Mail, are offering discounted 2 for 1 travel across key routes from Edinburgh and Glasgow.

In addition to the campaign, National Express has a coach fully wrapped in an Oddbods livery as part of its fleet, sporting each of the seven colourful, lovable characters from the show.

The promotion also extends to Oddbods-branded kids' guides of supporting UK city destinations such as Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne and Bournemouth with varied bright, fun activity and destination ideas in each to satisfy the 'Bod in everyone

Anabel Higgin, Marketing Director at One Animation, says: “Oddbods is a unique property that appeals to kids and parents alike through its rib-tickling slapstick comedy and loveable, highly relatable characters. We’re very excited to be teaming up with National Express and the Scottish Daily Mail to deliver an enhanced, fun-filled Oddbods travel experience to their passengers, both young and old.”

The promotional activity runs throughout the Easter period, ending 10 May.
