Ridley Scott’s sci-fi horror classic turns 40, with Fanattik launching a limited edition collectable range to celebrate

Fanattik marks 40 years of Alien thumbnail

Forty years have passed since the crew of the Nostromo were attacked by face huggers and xenomorphs in Ridley Scott’s Alien – and Fanattik are gearing up to celebrate.

The mark the milestone since the 1979 sci-fi horror flick shocked and captivated movie-goers in equal measure, Fanattik is launching an Alien gift range, coinciding with the 40th birthday his September.

Designed to appeal to original fans who have followed the series since the beginning as well as newer Alien converts, the range will include a host of collectbales, including special premium items limited to just 1000 worldwide. They will retail for around £60, while other volume items will be priced accordingly, retaining the same stringent standard and quality.

“This amazing franchise has spawned six films and has a multi-generational fan base,” says Anthony Marks, Chief Fanattik. “The whole team here at FANATTIK geeked out when I announced we had signed this amazing license with 20th Century Fox Consumer Products.”
