The licensed art and gift company opens a new Belgian office to spur international expansion - and heads to Nuremberg Toy Fair with its latest lines

GB eye opens first European office thumbnail

Licensed gifts and poster company GB eye has opened a new office in Belgium to support a wave of expansion in Europe.  

Operating from its first overseas office in Antwerp, Belgium, GB eye Europe BV will allow the company to strengthen trade relationships which have been establish over the last 30 years, bring the brand closer to key customers and build in new markets.

As part of a maintained focus on engaging with European customers, GB eye is also returning for a fourth year of exhibiting at the Nuremberg Toy Fair. The show has proven to consistently connect GB eye to licensors, retailers and distributors prompting them to expand their presence at the show with this year set to be their biggest year, with their largest investment in stand space, the widest presentation of product on display and a full team in attendance.

“Nuremberg Toy Fair has fast become a key date in the calendar in terms of significantly growing our European footprint,” says Danny Whiteley, International Sales Director at GB eye.

“Coupled alongside our new European office based in Antwerp, this show comes as part of an exciting time for everyone at GB eye and I’m happy to say that we are set to have a very strong show, with the appointment calendar already looking full to bursting.”

At the show, the GB the comapny will be presenting new ranges from its pan-European licencing portfolio, including Pokémon, Dragon Ball, PlayStation, Bravado, Fortnite and a host of Warner Bros. properties. A brand-new eco-range, set for launch in Q2, includes a collection of reusable, responsibly sourced tote bags, drawstring bags and drinks.
