What BLE means to me: Andrea Green, Zag thumbnail

Zag is inherently a globally-minded company but our roots are in Europe. At BLE, our goal is to continue to differentiate Zag Heroez’s high quality entertainment brands in the competitive marketplace and convey and direct the growth opportunities ahead for all our respective clients.

We’ll be presenting our latest series, Power Players (working title), which is a groundbreaking 3D CGI animated/live-action hybrid TV series that is an adventure from a 'toy-eye' view, as an inventive and curious boy transforms into a living action figure. With a wild new perspective on the world, he wrangles an unlikely team of toys on the biggest small adventures a kid could ever imagine.

We also have great news to share with our partners for Miraculous - Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir that demonstrates the on-going demand for this brand. This includes our recent announcement that Skydance in the US will develop and produce the first-ever live-action adaptations, coming to theatres globally in 2020. Plus seasons three, four and five of the animated series continuing to roll out between 2019 and 2022. And we’ll be highlighting far-reaching licensing activity and far-reaching co-branded programmes for 2018/19.

And Zak Storm – Super Pirate is performing well with several licensees on board. At BLE we’re looking for new partners in publishing, games and puzzles, sporting goods, spring and summer toys, electronics, apparel, bedding/bath/beach, party goods and more!

The best thing to come out of a meeting at BLE would be bringing new best in class, cornerstone and strategic retailers, licensees and promotional partners on board for our new property Power Players. Our ultimate goal is to set the foundation for Miraculous to hands down become the number one girls’ brand in EMEA for the next many years to come.
