Spin Master celebrates second Paw Patrol Little Heroes Paw Awards thumbnail

Spin Master UK has honoured eight deserving little ones in the second PAW Patrol Little Heroes PAW Awards.

The awards, each based on the heroic pups from the much-loved Nick Jr. TV animation, champion children who deserve to be recognised for the challenges they have faced and how they have touched the lives of others.

Hundrds of public entries flooded in, an increase of 150 per cent on last year’s inaugural awards, making the task of judging the entries challenging for the eight-strong panel of judges. The panel included representatives from Spin Master, Nickelodeon, Hamleys and Rainbow Productions, as well as kids’ TV presenter Nigel Clarke.

The eight winners were invited to London and presented with their awards at an exclusive ceremony generously hosted by The Park Plaza, Westminster Bridge, where they enjoyed a two-night luxury stay.

During the ceremony, the children received their trophies, medals and certificates from and Nigel and kids‘ TV presenter Naomi Wilkinson. The two-hour celebration included treats such as face painting and balloon modelling, and all the children joined in with some action-packed party games including the famous Pup Pup Boogie with two of their favourite pups.

They were then invited to an exclusive VIP shopping event at Hamleys toy store in Regent Street, where they met more PAW Patrol characters and stars who turned out to help celebrate the children’s achievements. All the winners enjoyed a once in a lifetime moment when they helped to open the famous toy store.
