Brand Licensing Europe has been shortlisted for a prestigious AEO (Association of Event Organisers) Excellence Award.

The AEO Excellence Awards ‘represent the best of the events industry and recognise and celebrate organisers’ achievements’, and the winners will be announced at the AEO Awards on 14 June at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane.

The BLE team is a finalist in the Best Trade Show (over 8,000 sq. m) category.

Anna Knight, Event Director of Brand Licensing Europe, says: “This is a huge accolade for BLE and a total honour to be recognised for everything we achieved last year: visitor and retailer numbers were both up – by 4 and 10 per cent respectively – and the number of European exhibitors at BLE in 2018 also rose significantly.

“With the move to ExCeL this year and a whole host of new visitor features in the pipeline, we’re really excited to take things up one more notch and deliver the best ever BLE in 2019.”

BLE is the leading event for licensing professionals across Europe and celebrates its 21st anniversary in 2019. This year it takes place 1-3 October 2019 for the first time at its new location in ExCeL London.
