BLE confirms ExCel London venue until 2024 thumbnail

The organisers of Brand Licensing Europe have confirmed the event will remain at ExCeL London – its new venue as of this year – until at least 2024.

The venue change will also necessitate a variation of dates, which will fluctuate in coming years between the show’s traditional October schedule and an earlier September timetable.

The dates for the next five years are:

• 6 – 8 October 2020

• 28 – 30 September 2021

• 20 – 22 September 2022

• 3 – 5 October 2023

• 24 – 26 September 2024

“It’s a great feeling to lock down the dates for BLE right up until 2024,” says BLE event director Anna Knight. “We wanted to share this news with the industry as soon as possible so they can also plan ahead.”

BLE celebrates its 21st anniversary in 2019 and will highlight a number of licensing categories currently bursting with creativity and potential in Europe, including animation, gaming and esports, heritage and interiors, and publishing. Immersive, interactive activations, pavilions and conference content will bring these categories to life and provide unique educational experiences for visitors.

BLE 2019 takes place at ExCeL London from 1-3 October 2019.
