Viacom Nickelodeon Consumer Products (VNCP) has renewed and extended its agreement with brand licensing agency CPLG.
The multi-year agreement includes renewals for Benelux, Nordics, Central and Eastern Europe, Greece, Turkey and adds Russia to the portfolio.
“Our long-standing relationship with CPLG includes a number of European markets, and we are excited to extend this partnership with CPLG Pullman to our business in Russia,” says Mark Kingston, Senior Vice President, International, Viacom Nickelodeon Consumer Products. “Russia is a key strategic market for VNCP, and we look forward to working with CPLG Pullman to drive growth for our business across the region.”
CPLG recently announced the acquisition of a 49 percent share in Pullman Licensing LLC to create joint venture CPLG Pullman in the Russian market. With this announcement, VNCP’s business in Russia has shifted to the new CPLG Pullman entity.
