Animaccord, the studio behind animated series Masha and the Bear, has secured three new licensing agents for the hit animation in Europe.

The partnerships will expand the brand in France Germany and Iberia.

CPLG will lead the licensing programme for Masha and the Bear in both Germany and Iberia. The agent, which recently acquired Team! Licensing to bolster its position in Germany, will focus on expanding the brand into new areas of consumer products and promotional campaigns.

For France, Animaccord is teaming up with France TV, a network that has found success broadcasting the series for the past five or so years. France TV will seek out new consumer products opportunities and promotions to increase awareness of the brand across the region.

The new signings follow a strong year for the brand. Earlier this year in March, Animaccord appointed Lisans to represent Masha and the Bear in Turkey, and bolstered its licensing efforts for the brand in the Nordics with Nordic Licensing and publishing agency Ferly.
