Cloudco Entertainment has promoted two key executives to senior roles as it gears up for a busy AW season that will see the Care Bears toy launch, delivery of brand-new TV shows and fresh seasons for on-going favourites.
Cristina Villegas has been promoted from Director to VP of North American Licensing, and will be based out of Cloudco’s Los Angeles office, while Kristeen Tibbits (pictured, top) is named Cloudco’s new VP, Marketing and Social Media, working from the Cleveland office.
Cristina joined the firm in early 2019 after a 20-year tenure at Disney where shemworked across most of the entertainment giant’s major departments, including Disney Direct Marketing, The Disney Store, Disney Consumer Products and its parks and resorts division.

Since joining Cloudco, Cristina has been instrumental in the growth of key US and Canadian licensing partnerships for The Care Bears and Madballs across all categories, including several high-profile brand collaborations. In her new role, she will continue reporting to Robert Prinzo, Cloudco’s Head of Global Licensing.
Kristeen most recently served as a Senior Creative Executive at Cloudco, simultaneously managing all social media and YouTube content development, production and strategy across multiple brands, including The Care Bears, Holly Hobbie, Tinpo, Madballs, and more. She began her career as a designer at American Greetings in its Retail Design and Experience division. In her new role, she will work closely with Robert Prinzo’s global consumer products team as well Cloudco’s content production and distribution businesses, managed respectively by Ryan Wiesbrock and Karen Vermeulen.
She reports to Cloudco President, Sean Gorman, who says: “Everyone, starting with me, feels beyond lucky to have Kristeen and Cristina as colleagues.
