Universal Music Group’s licensing and brand extension division Bravado has acquired its rival Epic Rights.
Under the agreement, Epic Rights CEO and founder Dell Furano will continue to lead his team in seeking out branding and merchandising opportunities for the artists it represents.

Epic Rights looks after the interests of some of the world’s biggest and most revered music talent, from iconic rockers Kiss, Aerosmith, AC/DC, ZZ Top and Def Leppard to pop princesses Madonna, Celine Dion, and Britney Spears as well as era-defining icons David Bowie, Sting, Barbara Streisand, Jimi Hendrix and Woodstock festival.
