Poetic Brands gets its driving license thumbnail

Licensed clothing specialist Poetic Brands has signed a deal with British Motor Heritage Limited to produce a range of products based on four iconic UK motoring brands, Rover, Austin, Austin-Healey and MG.

Poetic Brands will be using iconic imagery associated with all four brands to produce an eye-catching range of apparel for adults.

All four brand names hark back to a golden era when British cars and motor manufacturing was at its proud height.

These names bring to mind iconic cars that ruled the road, such as the Austin A40, the MG Midget, Austin-Healey Sprite and the Rover P4, along with the unmistakable logos of these classic brands that retain a huge amount of retro appeal.

“We are very excited to be working with these classic motoring brands,” says Elliott Matthews of Poetic Brands. “All four have gone through various logo designs over the years, which gives us some fantastic imagery to work with and we’ll be able to create an apparel range that stands out and has real appeal to motoring fans.”

The new deal was agreed between Poetic Brands and LMI, which has been developing the British Motor Heritage Licensing programme for a number of years.
