Mini Boden has conjured up a Harry Potter collection for Hogwarts’ youngest students.
The fashion retailer will give mini Harry Potter fans the chance to wear their house colours with pride, whether they’re Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff, in a collaboration with Warner Bros. Consumer Products.
The hefty collection was designed in-house at Mini Boden – Boden’s kids’ label – and includes 81 items launching this year in two waves: the first hit stores this week, while a second winter collection will arrive in October ahead of the Christmas season.
In the first wave, available online and in-store now, are Mini Boden’s signature Breton tops – in house colours with the name stitched across the shoulder – knitted jumpers with visuals and motifs from the movies, and a range of dungarees and dresses replete with the widespread wings of Hedwig the owl.
Underwear and indoor-wear, including pyjamas and joggers, are similarly emblazoned with visuals from the Harry Potter films. Harry’s hallmark glasses and telltale lightning bolt scare are both represented in bold designs, as well as the steam-powered Hogwarts Express, Golden Snitch and flying Ford Anglia.
