Japanese fashion retailer G.U. is the latest to team with Chupa Chups on an exclusive range of sweet-inspired staples.
This summer, the trendy Japanese label has launched a complete range of vintage-style T-shirts for girls.
The collection comes in six designs, each tapping into the heritage and flavours of the Chupa Chups brand. There are pink, blue, white and black designs, some carrying the iconic Chupa Chups logo – famously designed by surrealist Salvador Dali – while others highlight the lollipops’ signature flavours, including juicy cherry candy.
The partnership with G.U. is just the most recent in a string of recent collaborations with the world of fast-fashion.
Recent partnerships include another Japanese household name, Uniqlo, and French retailer Kiabi, which launched a capsule collection of T-shirts for men, women and kids this summer.
Earlier this year, Chupa Chups also bagged an exclusive partnership with Vincis’. The Korean handbag maker released a range of casual canvas tote bags, bucket bags, and an eye-catching clutch, with designs drawing on lollipop shapes and colourful patterns, with the logos of both brands in the characteristic colourful pop of Chupa Chups.
